The weekend Goulburn turns BLUE with 4 days of Blues & Roots music!
The Australian Blues Music Festival is held on the 2nd weekend of February each year, and it is rated by Tourism Australia as one of the "must see events and festivals in Regional Australia.
Making it a fantastic family friendly weekend filled with great music, the Belmore Park APRA-AMCOS Stage features artists in an alcohol-free environment, along with markets on the weekend.
2018 Blues Festival again will again see 70 performances across 11 free venues. The stellar line-up, showcased world-class blues and roots talent, features a combination of home grown and international acts.

Lloyd Spiegel, Geoff Achison, Nick Charles, Ali Penney & The Money Makers, Minnie Marks, Jan Preston, Justin Yap Band, Dan Dinnen & Shorty, Greg Dodd & The Hoodoo Men, Andrea Marr & The Funky Hitmen, Jesse Valach presents The Blues Mountain, 8 Ball Aitken, Iseula, The Excellent Smithers, Tomcat Playground, Julian James, Dave Diprose, Morningside Fats, Moondog Blues, Spike Flynn & The Open Hearted Strangers, Bonnie Kay & The Bonafides, Sugar Bowl Hokum, Jarrod Shaw, Bill Barber, 500 Pounds of Joy, Minglewood Blues Band.
The City's main street will once again come alive with the sounds of Blues during the annual busking competition. A much loved part of the festival, the competition gives buskers the opportunity to compete for a place at the following year's festival. The 2017 winner of the Busking Competition, 500lbs of Joy will also return in the main programme. The beautiful Belmore Park will come alive with the APRA AMCOS supported stage as well as markets on Saturday and Sunday.
An open mic stage at The Goulburn Club will allow one and all to get involved over the weekend, while on Saturday night the Bowlo will pay tribute to the amazing contribution from the ladies in the Australian Blues Community with a line-up that features all female or female fronted acts including Melbourne-based artists Andrea Marr and Iseula Hingano, the Queen of Australian boogie-woogie piano Jan Preston and up-and-coming Sydney acts Bonnie Kay & The Bonafides and Sugar Bowl Hokum.
